Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.


Delivery Times

European Union Orders shipped to EU member states are delivered within 5–10 business days from the dispatch date. This applies to all countries within the European Union, including Portugal, Spain, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, and others.

United Kingdom Orders shipped to the United Kingdom are delivered within 7–12 business days from the dispatch date.

International Orders For orders shipped outside the EU and UK, delivery times may vary between 10–20 business days depending on the destination country and local customs processing.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method. Free shipping may be available on orders that meet a minimum order value, as displayed at checkout.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your delivery through our carrier's website.


Customs & Duties

For orders shipped within the European Union, no additional customs fees apply. For orders shipped outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may be charged by your local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not covered by Leafora.


Delays

While we always aim to meet the delivery windows stated above, please note that delays may occasionally occur due to high demand periods, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control such as carrier disruptions or customs clearance. If your order has not arrived within the maximum estimated timeframe, please contact us at europetrendora@gmail.com.


Lost or Missing Orders

If your tracking information shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, or if there has been no tracking update for more than 10 business days, please reach out to our support team and we will investigate promptly.
